GJ DANIEL
GJ started
riding at the age of 2 and
had a very successful junior
career in the Hunter and
Jumper arena. She spent time
traveling all over the
country campaigning her own
as well as others' horses.
GJ worked for and rode with
several top trainers.
At the
age of 18 she began running
her
own training business
focusing on the Hunters and
Jumpers.
After training and
showing for several years,
she
decided to take some time
off and discovered Cowboy
Mounted Shooting. GJ began
Cowboy Mounted Shooting in
the fall of 2005 and was
“hooked” in 2006.
GJ was 2nd
in the National points, 1st
in the Regional points, and
1st in the State of Georgia.
She
currently enjoy training and
competing in many equine
disciplines.

ROBERT DERRY
He started riding at the age of
7.
Robert has spent many years
training horses for several
different disciplines. He
has been competing in the
Mounted Shooting since 2006.
Prior to his entrance into
the shooting world Robert’s
primary goal was training
horses and guiding big game
hunters from Texas to
Montana.
Additionally
he
competed in competitive
trail competitions, barrel
racing, and team penning.
Robert
also has several overall and
reserve wins in Mounted
Shooting including Rifle
Mounted Shooting.
Through his last 35 years
Robert has developed
knowledge of the horse as
well as the people.
